1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WP Float website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

WP Float provides a service to convert dynamic WordPress websites into static HTML/CSS/JS sites. We offer a free preview and a paid service to unlock full site files and deployment features.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to migrate the content of the website you submit.
You will not use the Service to clone sites you do not own (e.g., phishing or copyright infringement).

4. Payments and Refunds

One-Time Fee: Access to download and deploy your full site requires a one-time payment.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product (downloadable files), refunds are generally not provided once the files have been accessed or downloaded, unless the migration completely failed to produce a working site.

5. Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your original content and the migrated static files.

Our Code: WP Float retains rights to the underlying software and tools used to perform the migration.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every plugin or dynamic feature of your WordPress site will function perfectly in a static environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

WP Float shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
